Heartland Connections hosts live music from very intimate settings with the artists. Concerts are generally for all ages, family friendly and by donation or free! The following, are our current venues that live concerts are held at.
Bishop Hill Creative Commons
Heartland Connections’ base of operations and indoor venue, located in beautiful and historic Bishop Hill, Illinois! Concerts are held any night of the week depending artist’s availability. Our concert’s are officially free, although voluntary contributions (suggested donations generally of $10-$20 per person) are accepted on behalf of the artists. 100% of all contributions go directly to the performers. Prior to most concerts, there is a communal potluck and guests may bring a dish to share if participating in this portion. Guests are also welcome to bring their own beverages of choice to these concerts.

Cà d’Zan House Concerts
Cà d’Zan is a private house concert venue in Cambridge, IL dedicated to bringing top quality live music to guests of all ages in a comfortable setting.
“Cà d’Zan”, which means “House of John” in a Venetian dialect, is simply the name we choose to describe our home where we host intimate live concerts for people to enjoy music, fellowship, and fun. Our concert parties are officially free, although voluntary contributions (suggested donations generally of $10-$20 per person) are accepted on behalf of the artists. 100% of all contributions go directly to the performers. Guests are asked to bring their own drinks. An appetizer and dessert are always welcome but not required — some light refreshments will be provided.

Kyle & Joan Doss Family Stage at Wiley Park
Just 6 miles or 9 minutes from Bishop Hill!
Jane Doss, presented a check for $100,000 to Mayor Rich Volkert, during a Galva City Council meeting for the stage the city will be putting in Galva’s Wiley Park. Doss, is the owner of Preferred Home Health Care located in Galva. She gave the money as a memorial to her parents, Kyle Doss who passed away in 2011 and her mother Joan who is living. With the donation and $10.000 from an anonymous donor, it will pay for the new stage. The stage is expected to be ready in time for the 2021 Levitt AMP Galva Music Series. Doss said that this was a perfect way to honor her parents who loved music.
